Thai Lettuce Wraps

This recipe needs a little prep work, but once the prep work is done, cooking this meal is relatively quick. It's a fun recipe and tastes great.

1 lb ground turkey
1/2 teaspoon Penzey's Northwoods seasoning
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Minced Ginger
4 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1 Cup Shredded Cabbage and/or Carrots
3 Scallions (Chopped on angle)
1/2 Cup Plum Sauce
2 Cups Basil Leaves
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
1/2 head Iceberg Lettuce (Cut in half)
1/2 Seedless Cucumber (Chopped)

Sprinkle ground turkey with Penzey's Northwoods seasoning.
Heat a large skillet, add oil then ground turkey - cook until turkey is no longer pink.
Add ginger, garlic, cabbage, carrot, and scallions. Stir-fry another 2 minutes.
Add plum sauce, toss, then add basil. Add fish sauce and mix. Transfer to a bowl.
Fill pieces of lettuce with a spoonful of mixture and cover with a slice of cucumber.
