3 pounds baby red potatoes
1 stick of butter
2 tablespoons minced garlic
4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Clean potatoes and chop in two
Boil potatoes until tender, approximately 15 minutes
Melt butter and sauté garlic briefly before adding potatoes back to the pot.
Sprinkle with parsley, mix, and serve.
